Unlimited Investment Challenge 2012 - Finalists cocktail event at Ernst & Young,
31 October 2012
The Unlimited Investment Challenge is designed to help you identify areas of growth within your business, and act upon them!
The Unlimited Investment Challenge is about more than just money; it’s about preparing your business for growth, it helps you focus “on” your business as opposed to “in” your business.
In June we held the Stage 1
workshops in Auckland and Wellington. (Some of the presentations from those workshops can be found on the Getting Started section, under Workshops).
After the workshop, participants were invited to submit a one-page business plan to go through to the next stage.

Finalists were selected based on their business plans to attend Business Dominoes.
A three-day programme held in Auckland from 24-26 September was hosted by ATEED (Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development).
All finalists experienced the transformational ‘Business Dominoes’ academy. It focused on SME expansion strategies and investment ready planning activities. The academy was hands-on and businesses used tools and techniques to explore, develop and critique strategies for growth.
The finalists were also groomed to present their pitch for the final Stage 3. The stakeholder pitch panel will consist of investors, educators, mentors, and funding managers.
- October 23 - Wellington - October 24 - Auckland - Finalists present a 10 minute practice pitch to a panel. Finalists receive comprehensive feedback to help refine their pitch.
- October 31 - Final pitch to stakeholders, followed by cocktail party for networking
